Supply Chain Management
Fokusgruppen Supply Chain Management (SCM)
SAPSA’s focus group for Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a forum where members are given the opportunity to exchange experiences with other user companies, discuss common challenges and solutions, and build networks. The focus group also serves as a channel to access information about SAP’s roadmap, initiatives, and product-related topics, as well as to collect user perspectives that can contribute to and influence SAP’s continued development within Supply Chain Management.
The group is aimed at both business and IT roles within end‑to‑end supply chain, logistics, and planning.
Areas we discuss
Examples of topics covered by the focus group include:
-
End‑to‑end supply chain processes
-
Planning and execution (e.g. S&OP, S&OE, demand, supply, inventory, production planning, Digital Manufacturing)
-
Logistics mgt, warehousing, and transportation (including EWM, TM, and collaboration with 3PLs)
-
Direct material flows and supplier collaboration
-
Integration, Business Networks, and collaboration across system and company boundaries
-
Change management, ways of working, and user adoption within SCM
The topics addressed by the focus group, as well as the roundtables and digital meetings that are organized, are based on the questions and subjects that participating user companies themselves want to discuss.
