Information to Speakers

Please:

  • speak Swedish if that is your mother tongue. You can have your slides in English if you prefer that.
  • use your own ppt-template.
  • bring your presentation on a USB stick, as you will present from a laptop in the room. If you have your presentation on your laptop there will be USB sticks in the room. 
  • prepare seed questions that your moderator can ask you to get the conversation going.
  • send a PDF-copy of your presentation to sapsa@sapsa.se after your session if it can be shared with the delegates

Information to Exhibitors

We will have a Mingle among the Exhibitors in the afternoon on day 1, please contact the hotel to offer drinks and snacks in your booth. Then from 5 pm it will be SAPSA Meet & Mingle on the first floor. SAPSA will offer food (buffet) and non-alcoholic drinks. There will be a bar where delegates can buy beer and wine at their own expense. The venue will close at 8 pm, but the hotel bar is open until late.

Day 1, the conference is on two floors, while on day 2 we are on the second floor (Exhibition floor) only. The keynote will be broadcasted in the Exhibition Area.

Get in/Get out

Exhibitors are welcome to set up their stand on Sunday 6 November 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Dismantling takes place after the end of the event on Tuesday 8/11.

If you are an early bird on Monday, November 7, please use the hotel entrance and there it will be a list where you tick your name/company.  Registration for delegates opens at 8 am. Event staff will be onsite from 7 am. 

Booth space and equipment

Please bring roll-up etc. and please contact the hotel to order drinks and snacks to your booth: events.sign@choice.se

On arrival, each booth location is marked on the floor with tape. The surface is equipped with a bar table and a 43' screen with HDMI connection. Electricity is available at every exhibitor location. There is no dedicated lighting for each individual stand, only general lighting in the room. Please let us know in advance if you do not want a table or screen for your stand.

Send material in advance

If you intend to send material in advance to Clarion Sign, it must be sent no earlier than November 3rd.
Delivery address: Lilla Bantorget 9, 11123 Stockholm. Label the material clearly with SAPSA IMPULS and your company name.

Speaking Slot

As a sponsor you can apply for a speaking slot preferably with your client. Let's engage, inspire and motivate the audience! A presentation is 30 minutes including Q&A. 

All speaking slots have to be approved by the Speaking Council, and customer presentations will be be prioritised. 

Please keep your session title short, interesting and easy to read. The abstract should be a high-level summary of what attendees can expect to be covered. A good formula to use is Problem Statement + Approach + Results + Conclusions. Highlight topics, products and customer not included in the title.
