SAPSA IMPULS 2022 

Please join the Sweden's largest SAP conference, SAPSA IMPULS.

This year we will back and meet Face-to-Face again at Clarion Hotel Sign in the city centre of Stockholm. We are looking forward to welcoming 500 people. After the presentations on day 1, we will network, drink and eat at SAPSA Meet & Mingle. 

Taking Corona into consideration, the space available per person across the event is greater than in previous years.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship packages are open to SAPSA Partners and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All sponsors will have their logo together with a short presentation, contact person and link on the event site.

Gold and Silver sponsors also have the possibility to apply for a speaking slot, preferably with customer. Please, see below.

As a sponsor, you can invite your customers and prospects who are non-SAPSA-members to join your online session free of charge. After the event, you will able to see who attended your session.

Speaking Slot

As a sponsor you can apply for a speaking slot preferably with your client. Let's engage, inspire and motivate the audience! A presentation is 20-25 minute followed by a 5-10 minute discussion and Q&A. There will be a SAPSA moderator facilitating each session.

All speaking slots have to be approved by the Speaking Council, and customer presentations will be be prioritised. Last day to apply is September 30.

Please keep your session title short, interesting and easy to read. The abstract should be a high-level summary of what attendees can expect to be covered. A good formula to use is Problem Statement + Approach + Results + Conclusions. Highlight topics, products and customer not included in the title.

  • Logo in the event newsletter
  • Possibility to apply for 2 speaking slots, 30 min incl. Q&A, preferably with customer. 
    - Customer cases, i.e.with customers on stage, have priority
    - Subject to approval by SAPSA Speaking Council
  • 4 entry tickets to the event, excluding speakers
