Plan your conference day!
There are three rooms on the second floor by the entrance – the Royal Ballroom, the Oscar Salon and the Chinese Room. The Winter Garden is the exhibition area, and all refreshments and lunch will be served here. Once you have walked through the Winter Garden, you will find the beautiful Mirror Hall, the Ström Salon and the Armoury Hall. If you are looking for Uppsala, you will find that room beyond the Mirror Hall.
There will of course be direction signs during the conference, as well as staff on hand to help you find your way.
We will also have an app during the conference, so you can easily follow the schedule on your phone and plan your day around the speaker times you are interested in hearing.
