SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation Workshop
Hyperautomation, Robotic Process Automation, Business Process Intelligence are just some of the terms being discussed by many companies aiming for Process Excellence.
In this session you will not only get insights into SAP's strategy, latest developments and roadmap in this area but also hands-on experience on the new low-code automation platform SAP Intelligent RPA 2.0. The hands-on will be based on the SAP Intelligent RPA Trial on SAP Business Technology Platform, details will be shared prior to the session.
This half-day session is designed to walk you through the functionality of SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation and give you the opportunity to take the product for a ‘Test Drive’.

13:00 – 14:00
Introduction and walkthrough of the capabilities of SAP Intelligent RPA 2.0 update, with interactive scenarios, use cases, and a roadmap.
14:00 – 16:00
Hands-on workshop, allowing you to build your first bot with guidance and support from our product experts.
Preparation steps for the hands-on part
To do the hands-on part please make sure to prepare the following steps before the workshop (it will take you around 15-30 min):
• Activate your own SAP Intelligent RPA trial tenant on SAP’s Business Technology Platform. Please follow this blog to do so.
• Install the SAP Intelligent RPA Agent on your computer. The agent is only available for Windows and requires administrator permission on your PC to be installed. You can download the agent here.
• Microsoft Excel as well as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser need to be available on your computer.
If you do not have the possibility to install the agent you still can do the exercises in the Cloud Studio but you will of course not be able to run the bots.
