Mickey North Rizza has over 20 years of experience as a practitioner in supply chain, sourcing and procurement. Prior to IDC, Rizza worked as an award-winning analyst for AMR Research and Gartner and has several years of technology vendor experience aiding practitioners on their transformation journey and assisting with market messages. Rizza is the founding member of the ISM Supply Chain Risk Management Group, which she chaired in 2015.

From small-scale beginnings, the A.M.P.E.R.E. Group has grown to become one of Europe’s leading distributors of industrial raw materials, and A.M.P.E.R.E. Deutschland GmbH has played an important role in this success story.

Rainer has nearly twenty years of experience in sales, sourcing and procurement, supply chain, and management.

He launched S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP with a Keyuser Team and also continuously implements additional elements to increase efficiency.

Neil Williams

SAP
Solution Manager, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition

Neil is based out of London and has been working with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition, for the last five years. In his prior role as a project manager, he managed projects for SAP ERP across the world for over 10 years. His experience in the cloud comes from a competitor, where Neil worked with the creator of the company’s finance module driving market share into Europe.

Neil rejoined SAP in 2017 focusing on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition. Today he is a solution manager helping both pre- and post-sales customers, linking them to product management as an expert solution advisor focusing on finance.

Neil is a charted accountant having completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
