09:30 - 10:00 ALM Overview & Strategy
In the keynote, SAP’s ALM strategy and roadmap will be explained, and the role of SAP Cloud ALM for reaching Clean Core principles will be shown.
10:00 - 11:20 SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation
This part of the roadshow will cover the use of SAP Cloud ALM for implementation projects, exploring how it can help manage the project lifecycle from design to deployment, supporting that the project is completed on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This includes functional insights into and demos of project management, process management, testing, deployment orchestration and analytics.

11:40 - 12:20 SAP Cloud ALM for Operations
In this session, attendees will learn how to use SAP Cloud ALM to manage the ongoing operations of their SAP solutions, optimizing performance, availability, and scalability, and minimizing downtime. From a functional perspective, all major use cases like health monitoring, integration and exception monitoring, job and automation monitoring, user and performance monitoring, business process monitoring and business service management will be covered.

13:20 - 13:30 SAP Cloud ALM for Service
This session will focus on the use of SAP Cloud ALM for service delivery, highlighting the benefits of using SAP Cloud ALM for service consumption to improve customer satisfaction.
13:30 - 14:15 Transition to SAP Cloud ALM
This session will explore the process of transitioning from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM, highlighting the benefits and challenges of making the move and providing practical guidance and best practices for ensuring a successful transition.
14:15 - 14:30 Wrap-Up and Closing
The event will conclude with a wrap-up session, providing an overview of the key takeaways from the event, followed by a Q&A session, where attendees can ask questions and engage in discussions with the presenters and other attendees, and finally, closing remarks.

Ben Schneider is with SAP since 2007, currently working in Customer Communications and Relations for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). His activities at SAP include numerous product owner positions for functional areas of SAP Solution Manager, project management for large-scale projects, event management, corporate social media management and project communications. He is a passionate speaker and advocate of Application Lifecycle Management at events and conferences around the globe. Since 2018, he is also an SAP Champion.
